Notarisation usually comes into the picture when you are going to stud your life journey with a significant milestone such as migrating to another country, buying a property, adopting a child, getting married, preparing a will, or starting a business. And most of you already know where you can find the Notary. However, with tons of things to do before you reach the last rung on the ladder, you don’t want to take additional hassles to visit a Notary and verify the papers. But the good news is that notarization assistance for company formation in Dubai is available online.
Parties in the UAE can enter into a contract for myriad reasons. It can be buying or selling products, new company formation, conveying powers of attorney, will preparation, or anything that requires legal document attestation by UAE Notary. To get the notarization done on your legal documents, you can take either of the two routes – public notaries or private notaries.
In the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, the public notaries affiliated with Dubai courts implemented an online system to facilitate the UAE citizens and residents during the lockdown period. Online notary services offer the same service virtually as they do in person. The online facility of notarization can be utilized for executing the below-listed business formation documents and other records.
If the document is to be used outside the UAE, then once the process of notarization has been completed, it must further be attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) and then certified by the embassy of that country where the documents are needed.
The best part? The execution process is uncomplicated and implies a combination of email communication, video call (visa BOTIM or likes of the app), and courier services. For more details, you may reach out to our notarization expert in Dubai, UAE.
